Cactus Crew has added Quilting Retreats to it's retreat events!!

Join us at the brand new Chino Crafting Cottage in Chino Valley, AZ.

Included:

  • 1,046 square foot crafting area

  • 6 ft table for yourself

  • rolling office chair

  • twin bed (bring your own linens) in a well insulated (from noise) room that sleeps 4 max

  • Continental Breakfast

  • Soup and/or sandwich fixins for lunch

  • Dinner

  • Dessert

  • Snacks, Coffee, Tea, Milk and Creamer

  • WiFi

  • 5 days of Quilting bliss: Start at 3 PM Weds and sew until 11 AM Sunday.​

  • Maximum capacity 20

Cost is $275 

$25 Deposit per retreat (non refundable, non transferrable) required to hold your spot.

Register for all 3 retreats and save $25 off each retreat Payment plans available (3 equal payments)

Balance due in full 45 days before retreat.

Cancellation:

I understand that life happens and some things make it impossible for us to attend. I keep my deposits very low for that reason. There are costs involved that are not reimbursable to me if you cancel. 

Once your balance is paid, it is non-refundable and not transferrable to a future retreat. If you find a person to take your spot or I have a current waitlist and someone takes your spot, I will refund you within 30 days FOLLOWING the retreat. This is the ONLY instance for a refund.

60 days prior to the retreat you will be sent an invoice for the balance of the retreat. Balances MUST be paid no later than 45 days prior to retreat. If your balance has NOT been received or notification from you about it (you sent a check. need a payment plan, etc) by the 30th day before the retreat you will lose your deposit and your spot.

Your spot is considered reserved once deposit AND signed registration forms are received.

Cancellations by us: ​

  • We reserve the right to cancel any Chino Craft Cottage retreat if there are less than 15 people registered 60 days ahead of retreat. In that instance, we will offer you an alternate date within a year of the original retreat date OR refund you in full.
