Deposits/Payments
A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RETREAT YOU ARE RESERVING.
45 days prior to the retreat you will be sent an invoice for the balance of the retreat. Balances MUST be paid no later than 30 days prior to retreat. If your balance has NOT been received or notification from you about it (you sent a check etc) by the 30th day before the retreat you will lose your deposit and your spot.
Your spot is considered reserved once deposit AND registration forms are received.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
**EFFECTIVE FOR 2023 YOUR $25 DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE**
Cancellations by us:

We reserve the right to cancel any House retreat if there is not a minimum of 20 people. In that instance, we will offer you an alternate date within a year of the original retreat date OR refund you in full.

We reserve the right to cancel any Hotel retreat if there is not a minimum of 30 people. In that instance, we will offer you an alternate date within a year of the original retreat date OR refund you in full.
Natural disasters, Acts of God, inclement weather and so forth are not grounds for a refund. If the venue is open and operational, the event will take place as planned.
If the venue forces us to cancel the event, refunds will be given only:

IF we cannot move the retreat to a different facility or date or cannot accommodate you at another retreat within 12 months

Deposits are normally non-refundable, but exceptions will be made in the case of a COVID-19 resurgence if our event is cancelled by the hotel or the state places limits on group gatherings.
Registration Confirmation: Confirmation will be Emailed to you when we receive your registration form and deposit.
We reserve the right to adjust these policies as necessary.
