A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE/NOT TRANSFERABLE TO FUTURE RETREAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RETREAT YOU ARE RESERVING.
60 days prior to the retreat you will be sent an invoice for the balance of the retreat. Balances MUST be paid no later than 45 days prior to retreat. If your balance has NOT been received or notification from you about it (you sent a check, you need a payment plan etc) by the 30th day before the retreat you will lose your deposit and your spot.
Your spot is considered reserved once deposit AND signed registration forms are received.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: We understand that life happens, plans change, people get sick etc. We keep our deposits very low so that if you have to cancel you are not out $50-75 (which is what most retreats charge as a non-refundable deposit). Please understand that there are costs involved in reserving your spot that are not re-imburseable to me if you cancel. Once your balance is paid, it is non-refundable and not transferrable to a future retreat. If you find a person to take your spot or I have a waitlist and someone takes your spot, I will refund you within 30 days FOLLOWING the retreat. This is the ONLY instance for a refund.
Cancellations by us: If I have to cancel a retreat, you will be refunded money paid minus the $25 non-refundable deposit. If the venue forces us to cancel the event, refunds (minus deposit) will be given only: IF we cannot move the retreat to a different facility for the same date. Or cannot accommodate you for another retreat within 12 months. If you cancel, refunds are void.
Natural disasters, Acts of God, illness, inclement weather and so forth are not grounds for a refund. If the venue is open and operational, the event will take place as planned.
Registration Confirmation: Confirmation will be Emailed to you when we receive your registration form and deposit.
