We understand that life is filled with unexpected changes and we absolutely sympathize and value fairness in our business operations, please understand that we have a commitment to the venues and are only able to issue refunds (minus $25 deposits) under these terms below:

Refunds:  Your $25 deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE

Hotel Retreats:

  • 45 days or more before date of event: Refund of monies paid minus $25 Non Refundable deposit. 

  • 46-30 days: If we have a waiting list and can fill your spot you will receive a refund minus $25 AFTER the retreat is held.

  • 30 days or less before date of event:  NO REFUNDS

  • You must contact us via Email or in writing for all cancellations/transfers. The date written notification is received will be considered the cancelation date.


Natural disasters, Acts of God, inclement weather and so forth are not grounds for a refund. If the venue is open and operational, the event will take place as planned


If the venue forces us to cancel the event, FULL REFUNDS will be given:

  •  IF we cannot move the retreat to a different facility or date or cannot accommodate you at another retreat within 12 months 

Deposits are normally non-refundable, but exceptions will be made in the case of a COVID-19 resurgence if our event is cancelled by the hotel or the state places limits on group gatherings.  



Cancellations by us: 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any Hotel retreat if there is not a minimum of 28 people. If that happens we will offer you an alternate date within a year of the original retreat date OR refund you in full.


Registration Confirmation:  Confirmation will be Emailed to you when we receive your signed registration form and deposit.  If you do not have Email, confirmation will be mailed.


We reserve the right to adjust these policies as necessary.


Deposits:  A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your completed and signed registration form to hold your seat. Balance is due 45 days for any Hotel retreat. We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle,Venmo or can invoice you. Personal checks and money orders are also welcome. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. NO reservations will be held without a deposit.


Gift Certificates:  Gift Certificates are good for 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated, and are 



Privacy Policy:  Cactus Crew Scrapbooking respects your privacy.  We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties.  Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
