About The Retreat

COST: $200 Wednesday 2 pm- Sunday 2 pm Join us for 5 scary days of a Zombie Apocalypse The Best Western is located just off of Scottsdale Road, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are just minutes away. Hotel Stay is required for this retreat, we have secured very low rates for all the dates. Enjoy a spacious suite with large dorm refrigerator, microwave, sink, couch and table in living room area. Bedroom is separated by a door. Property boasts a pool and hot tub, on site bar, breakfast is included with your stay. Cancellation Policy
Deposits/Payments: A $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required for each retreat you register for. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent 60 days prior to the retreat via Intuit/QuickBooks. Full payment is due no later than 45 days before the retreat. Failure to pay or communicate by the 30th day prior will result in the loss of your deposit and spot. A payment plan is available upon request (3 equal payments). Cancellation/Refund Policy: By You:Deposits are kept low to minimize risk. If you need to cancel, you are not entitled to a refund of the $50-75 typically held by retreats as a non-refundable deposit. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable and non-transferable unless someone fills your spot. In that case, you will be refunded within 30 days after the retreat. This is the only scenario for a refund. By Us:If we must cancel, you will be refunded the full amount minus the $25 non-refundable deposit. If the venue cancels, refunds (minus deposit) will be issued. If we need to reschedule the retreat for the same date, refunds will not be given. If we can't accommodate you at a future retreat within 12 months, a refund will be provided. Other Policies: Cancellations due to natural disasters, Acts of God, illness, or inclement weather are not grounds for refunds if the venue remains operational. Registration Confirmation will be sent via email once we receive your deposit and form. If email is unavailable, a physical confirmation will be mailed. Gift Certificates: Valid for 12 months from the issue date and are non-refundable. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties. Retreat Disclaimer: Participation involves using equipment that may pose risks. By attending, you agree to hold Cactus Crew Scrapbooking and its staff harmless from any injury, damage, or loss that may occur. You also consent to the use of your image in photos or videos for promotional purposes. Your spot is reserved once your deposit and signed registration form are received.
